Yes! We ship to most countries, including the U.S, U.K, Australia, Canada and the E.U. If you aren't sure, feel free to hit us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
- Custom Guitars:
Please allow up to 7 days for refurbishing, packaging and handling prior to shipment. If your guitar is custom built and newly made, it may take 2 weeks or longer to build the new custom guitar according to your specifications.
- All other products:
Please allow for 1-4 days processing time.
- Guitars Shipments:
We typically ship guitars with USPS Priority Insured Shipping. Guitars are marked as 'gifts' and re-valued to avoid additional custom duties and facility processing checkpoints. Expedited Guitar shipments can arrive as quickly as 5 days, but may take up to 10 days or longer due to extenuating circumstances. Tracking will be provided.
- Gears & Merch:
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. We generally ship using USPS Insured Packet services. Shipments to U.S and Canada are generally 7-14 days but may take up to 20 days. Shipments outside of North America vary between 15-35 days. See Shipping and Delivery section for further details.
How secure is your site?
ShredMaestro Inc. processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, among the most secure and well-certified service provider online. Your security comes as a first priority which we take very seriously. All payments are verified by Stripe for fraud prevention.
How do I change an order?
Please notify us as soon as possible for requests to change orders. We cannot guarantee changes to be made as requested once the order has been processed. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed. Please see our refund and return section or scroll down to refund and exchange information below.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We have a 30 day refund policy from the date of successful delivery to your doorstep. We encourage you to email us immediately if you are unsatisfied in anyway with your purchase. We'd be more than happy to assist you! Please see 'Contact Us' page or send us an email at email@example.com.
What if my purchase is faulty or damaged?
We take quality very seriously. Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) if you notice any defects or damaged goods. We'd be more than happy to assist you. Please see 'Contact Us' page to reach out to us!
